Shipping Costs + Return

Your shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.

Attention: Currently we only ship to Germany. But you are welcome to ask for shipping abroad via email to [email protected] 

We ship our coffee via the shipping service providers DHL (go green) and DPD. 

Germany

In order to standardize the costs for all orders we charge a flat rate for shipping: 4,00 € per shipping package.

We currently ship 1x per week to make fulfillment most cost efficient.

We want to protect the environment and therefore do not include a printed delivery bill with the package. We also often reuse shipping packaging. So don’t be surprised about the cover, for us counts the content.

When your package arrives depends on your payment method, the speed of the shipping service and the availability of the products.

We would like to reduce the shipping of articles and we would be happy if you buy our coffee in stores or at markets. You can find more details here: Hilo In Shop

Return

You want to return or exchange a purchased product? No problem: Within the scope of the right of withdrawal you can return the goods to us within 14 days after receipt of your delivery without giving reasons.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly, contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

Please follow these steps when returning goods:

  1. If your item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please write a short email with your request to our customer service info(at)hilo(dot)cafe before returning the item. Sometimes we can solve your problem remotely and a return shipment is not even necessary.
  2. If you would like a refund, please include your IBAN and BIC in your email.
  3. If we agree on a return shipment, please send the package to the address we have provided. Thanks a lot!
